We have been having this special Healing Mass with a blessing and anointing with oils since 2011 in Father Barry Hughes’ time at St. Columba’s.

We have had many families, parishioners and carers attend this Mass and following this we go into the hall for the ‘Strawberry Tea’ and entertainment. The ladies of the UCM help with teas and we hope that the youth of our parish will also assist in any way they can.

We would like to continue this wonderful and uplifting Mass with a view that we can have many more during the year. We will inform you of anymore.

The one planned this year is on Saturday, 8th June commencing at 2pm with tea in the hall afterwards. The S.V.P. assist with lifts for their beneficiaries and of course, their families can attend too. Whether you have an illness, condition or just feel the need to ‘be healed’, you are all more than welcome to attend this very moving Mass and also attend the tea.
